Halo-Seal is a solvent-based surface sealer, developed specifically for use with our Halo tooling boards. It should be applied to the board surface, having ensured that the surface is free of dust and grease. In most cases, 2-3 thin coats are sufficient to produce a good surface finish. The sealer is a free-flowing, blue-coloured liquid designed to provide a simple, reliable method of application. Please refer to the datasheet for further details of application requirements. Normally, there is no necessity to sand or polish the cured sealer.
For customers who prefer to apply sealer using a spray technique, Halo-Seal LV (low viscosity) can be used.
