Adhesive A50 is the recommended two-part epoxy product for use with all Ru-bix tooling boards. It provides a relatively long pot-life and the generation of excellent mechanical properties when subjected to ambient or mild heating conditions. It is especially recommended for use with the Halo tooling boards. This material has been successfully used in many manufacturing applications including aerospace, automotive, marine and industrial composites. It has a low mix viscosity and high mechanical properties when cured at ambient temperatures. However, a more enhanced performance can be realised when cured at an elevated temperature. For example, when maintained at 60°C for 16 hours, the Tg increases from 65°C to 100°C.
