Our standard range of products consist of polyurethane boards and blocks with densities ranging from 30kg/cub.m to 1220kg/cub.m. Available in standard sizes of 1500 x 500 x (30, 50, 75, 100, 150 & 200mm thickness), it is possible to meet the specific demands of most model or mould-making projects. Densities from 30 to 300kg/cub.m are available as large blocks in addition to standard board thicknesses.

Our standard range of blocks currently consists of five polyurethane products, with densities ranging from 30 to 300kg/cub.m. Available block heights vary from 820mm for the lowest density grade to 320mm for the 300 density block. All grades exhibit a very fine cell structure and low levels of dustiness, making them ideal for most industrial applications where mechanical shaping is carried out. All products are CFC and HCFC-free.
